Animation!

Hey Anthony (or anyone else), can you do an animation of the pig getting kicked out of the door, on Layout 6? If you open the PSD file, you can see how I layered it, and the guys leg is in there. You can just use the rig of the pig you did last week. And maybe we can find out a way to make the file smaller? Oh, and try to keep it under 30 frames.
Also, save the rig of the pig on the drive as Pig_Rig_Side, so we can reuse it later.

I'll have a lot of small animations that will need to be done tomorrow, but I still have to build the rigs for it. Whatever we don't have time for, we'll just leave the rest as pose-able pages.

Dont forget, we're working in 1024x768, 168ppi now.

Thanks!

  1. Alright man Ill take care of this one, and let me know if you need any help rigging scene files. I taught Kori how to do it so she should be able to help get the files processed as well. Tomorrow I am going to be spending most of the day re blocking my shot for Animator's separate assignment. But I will be able to dedicate some hours into this later in the day. Also for a title I figure we could incorporate the cow walk cycle I made somehow, I was thinking maybe have the cow pulling in the words "The husband who would mind the house" and maybe have the pig pulling in some words as well.

  2. Cool, I like that idea, I'll play around with that.
I'm taking a break from layouts right now, so I can work on rigs. The plan is, I'm gonna create the rig library tonight, then give the FLA file to everyone to work on animating pages. That way, we're all using the same files, which will keep the library small, and hopefully keep Flash from crashing. I'm making alternate hands and faces to swap out for.
Then I can finish layouts tomorrow, hopefully everyone can finish the animations, then Thursday can be dedicated to just compiling it.
Oh, and don't worry about the frame limit, I figured out how to actionscript the buttons individually (though we should keep the animations to a minimum, to save space anyway).

I'll be back with more info, as soon as I figure everything out.

    Thanks again man.
