I think there might be some issues with the staging. All the key elements, like the front door, the cellar and the fireplace couldn't be shown in the same shot, which would make it more confusing from one shot to the next. I think it could feel a little more "western" too, if it had a worn out wooden roof with patches of grass growing, rather than a full on grass roof cause its looking a bit more like a European cottage. Also, for the fireplace, if you look up "fireplace pot holder" I think, there's this hanger that they used to use that rotates over the fire. I think that's all I can think of lol. Good stuff though, I'll try to throw on a quick floor layout in a sec, it should be easy to just do a little rearranging.
